Muster gathers UK in-house People and Talent roles and early careers jobs straight from employer listings. We only list roles that show the working pattern — Remote, Hybrid or On-site — and the pay. No agencies. No "competitive salary". Two streams, one board. Browse free, or sign in to save roles, follow employers and track your applications. See the non-negotiables.
New roles from your stream — People & Talent, early careers, or both — once a week. Confirm by clicking the link we send — changing your schedule needs a fresh confirmation too. Unsubscribe in one click.
The board, right now
Same data, same sources, same refusal to hide pay. The language and the facts we surface change depending on which side of hiring you're on.

21roles live
Stream 02 · Early careers
Grad schemes, apprenticeships, internships and placements — and what applying involves.

EDF UK
In-house People and Talent jobs, and early careers roles, pulled out of a hundred scattered career sites into one board.
Salary, pay gap filings, accreditations — each read from a public source and dated.
New roles weekly or monthly by email. Sign in and you can also save roles, follow employers and track every application.
Five years recruiting, most of that in-house Talent, and when I went looking the roles were scattered across company career sites, buried three pages under agency reposts of the same job, and half of them wouldn't tell me what they paid.
So I built the thing I wanted. Muster gathers in-house People and Talent roles and UK early careers roles into one place and puts the awkward facts next to them: the working pattern, the pay band, what the role actually involves, and whether the employer files a gender pay gap and what it says.
Observations, not verdicts. Every fact carries a source and a date. If it's wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
Three promises
No agencies. No rec2rec. No four consultancies reposting the same job. If the employer isn't hiring for their own team, it isn't here.
Every role shows Remote, Hybrid or On-site and a pay band. No blanks, no “competitive”, no guessing.
What the role actually is, the pay gap the employer filed, the accreditations they hold — each with a source and a date.
Pay band and working pattern, stated by the employer. Everything else is a preference — these two aren't.
Two. A role has to state its working pattern — Remote, Hybrid or On-site — and a real pay band with a number in it. Miss either and the role doesn't go on the board, however good the job is.
We reject it. “Competitive”, “negotiable”, “DOE” and a blank salary field all fail the same rule. We never estimate a band, benchmark one, or ask you to guess — we just don't list the role.
Never. The band on a Muster role is copied from the employer's own advert, with the date we read it shown next to it. If the employer changes the band, we change ours and re-date it.
Remote, Hybrid or On-site, stated by the employer. “Flexible” on its own isn't a pattern. If the ad says hybrid, we list the office location too, so you know what you're travelling to.
It comes off. If an employer edits the pay band out of a live advert, we pull the listing rather than keep a stale number up. Spotted one that slipped through? Use the “Report an error” button on the role.
